LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please try to arrive prior to class time. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class you will be denied entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. If you are a first timer to Plank Fitness you will not be able to join class after it has started.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?
Not a problem! We have a 12-hour class cancellation policy. This means you can cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?
If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, please email email@example.com
WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR?
If you are using a class package or single class you will lose your class credit.
WHAT IF I LATE CANCEL OR DON’T SHOW UP FOR A FREE CLASS?
If you are coming in for a free class, please note that the cancellation policy and no-show fees ($35) will apply. If you do not show up for class, you will be charged the full price of a Single Class ($40).
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.
WHAT IF I NEED TO SWITCH MY CLASS TIME?
Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the start of class. However, you may show up as a walk-in for another class that same day and if a spot is available, it’s yours! Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before for a class drop in.
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or class package. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware the 12 hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit. Please note that the waitlist locks and is null and void at the 12-hour mark – therefore, potential spots in the class are available on a first come first serve basis.
HOW DO I CHECK IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?
To check your waitlist status, log in to your account, select My Info and click My Schedule. If you got into the class it will say “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.” If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself or notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll cancel your reservation.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
Merchandise can be returned within 15 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have all tags.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PRIVATE SESSION?
Not a problem! All private sessions have a 24-hour class cancellation policy. This means you can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment start time and the session will be credited back to your account.
