Equipped with all the tools to challenge your body in our upstairs area, we provide an environment that not only preps the mind but also relaxes it after the work is done in our downstairs lounge. After a challenging session, recover with a refreshing hot eucalyptus or cold lavender towels.

Feel free to use one of our two dressing rooms before or after class.
